Use this build in fractals that do a lot of condition damage and be able to withstand it all. You can sit through the Cliffside fractal bosses and be fine.

Use axe/dagger mainly, using dagger 5 to apply bleed as much as possible. when on cd, switch to staff and let the condis fly on him, using 2 to apply more bleeding.
