Fire 4 stays down for 8s which is more then enough.
Blasts you got to stack might: Water 3 , Water 5 (if it lands on the fire, since it's a target skill), Earth 4.
Also Earth 3 second part is a leap, which could give you a second fire armor. You got fire armor on fire 5 aswel.
