People on this site seem to seriously under estimate energy sigils, especially mesmers, who have additional clone generation for their shatters which is increased damage coming from them.
oops, I thought this was in spvp :/
Since your in pve, harmonius mantras could be a massive damage boost and im not sure glamours are the right utility choices, due to the fact few PvE mobs have damaging conditions. You also missed out on all the reflect traits and utilities, which is a massive part of mesmers damage in PvE.

May I ask why you chose gs of sw/sw ?
illusionary inspiration looks much more useful for pve imo.
