Summary
Single target sPVP Thief troll build. Everyone expects S/D or D/P so when they get mowed down in 4 seconds by a P/P Thief they're left wondering what in the hell just happened.
Approach the match differently than you're used to and you'll be fine. You aren't the last-meta Thief any longer. You're an asset to a teamfight with high damage on high priority targets. You will mow everything down. I promise.
Good positioning is important. Select high priority targets and destroy them quickly. Use your stuns and interrupt appropriately!

Upgrade Item Details
Haven't found anything on shortbow that I really like yet, so they're interchangeable. You're really only getting out of pistol to move across the map quickly and for cleave when you need it so the sigil can be whatever you want really. I'm experimenting with Sigil of Battle so you have the Might when you switch BACK to P/P.

2. Position correctly - don't get into the thick of it unless you're stealing
3. You're a teamfighter now, but can mow down 1v1's when you need to.
