Weapon and Skill Details
The burning damage is pretty impressive, I can throw on 3k burn stacks pretty fast along with having some very impressive damage. It has over 2520 power with full stacks + Guard stacks and 669 condition damage. This build also features 2880 armor outside of combat with 1 stack of borderlands bloodlust, that is 3030 armor in combat because of the "Strength in Numbers" trait.
Dropping purging flames in the middle of an enemy group will throw 1k-2k burn stacks on them as well as clear conditions on allies going through it. Even though conditions do get cleared on the field pretty fast, at worst, that is 1k more damage on the field if it only even just ticks once. Every bit of extra damage is a help.

Trait Details
I have right around 24k HP with guard stacks, over 21k without them. Yes, I run the "Force of Will" trait instead of "Pure of Voice" - this build provides more support with the force of will trait due to the 1% per 100 vitality increase of outgoing heals, so my outgoing heals heal my allies for 19% more. With 569 healing power with 1 stack of borderlands bloodlust, my dodge on heal will heal allies for 698HP, add in the 19% increase and that is 830HP heal to allies every time I dodge roll. I think that is better than a condition clear every 30~ seconds from "Pure of Voice." My empower heals myself for 2039HP, heals my allies for 2426HP due to Force of Will and the healing power. I also provide a 2441HP heal to allies if I use my Virtue of Resolve.

Upgrade Item Details
I highly recommend Celestial Ascended armor, weapons and trinkets. I left my earrings as Zerk and Zerk/Valkyrie for a little bit of extra damage over what Celestial earrings would give.
