Summary
This is the Necro build I use for guild roaming. Here are some video's of me using it.
I. Weapons and Skills
Weapon and Skill Details
Two different staffs, One with precision stacks, other with restoration. Second weapon set is really up to you. Just remember to swap to restoration after you get your 25 stacks. If you plan on just doing zerg vs zerg then having one with sigil of fire is nice. I also have another staff with bloodlust for when I'm using the full PVT armor/trinkets setup.
Skills are pretty obvious, little trick, drop wells and then enter DS for fury, click it to get back out and drop your marks. This works as a nice spike on a balled up group of people.
Plague Form can be used to spread mass blind for 20 seconds, its extremely use full for that initial push into Zergs.

Trait Details
Traits are setup so that you shouldn't have to swap to your secondary set to often. Between the wells, marks, ds and plague very rarely do I ever have to swap to secondary set.
Chilling Darkness is used with Plague Form 2 and well of darkness. When in plague form spam the 2 skill in the middle of a Zerg or on top of your guild leader to cause blind, poison and chill.

Food is up to you, it will depend on you guild. Most like negative condition duration food but where we run a bunch of guardians and I have remove 3 on kill trait I find that I personally don't really need it.
