High damage build centered around the greatsword. For when you don't really care about the 5% damage you could do more with Axe/Mace or about your PuG not getting any might stacks.

Weapon and Skill Details
Greatsword for damage, Longbow for those rare ranged occasions or to get a few more stacks of Might up or for AoE madness.
Healing Surge is the best healing skill you have as you'll always be sitting at three bars of adrenaline.
Mending for those condition-heavy fights.
Signet of Fury to ensure you always crit.
Banner of Discipline to ensure your party always crits, and do more damage with them. (BoD > SoF if you need to choose, make sure you don't have the same banner as the other warrior in your group)
For Great Justice for more Fury and a few Might stacks.
Signet of Rage to ensure Fury.
Frenzy to kill stuff very quickly.
Endure Pain to not die.
Balanced Stance to not get knocked down.
Shake It Off for when a spider is irritating you.
Can't really tell you what skills to use, that you need to figure out and change depending on the situation.

30 in Arms for more crit. 33% chance for vuln on crit, boosts party damage. Forceful Greatsword to get yourself to 25 stacks of might. (Yeah, really not the best build if you have an organized party, because you'll replace the longer lasting might with your short duration might. In PuGs, you rarely ever reach 25 stacks of might, so this really boosts your damage)
10 in Tactics for 150 more power for the group. If another warrior has it, change out for Empowered.
