This is a good venomshare build for your necroparty. Decent condiclear, good mobility, and a ton of CC in the necrobombs!

Weapon and Skill Details
You will for the most time camp Shortbow, put out poisonfields, and blast when needed. Remember to always same some Initiative in case you need to disengade with Shortbow 5!
Your Steal will almost never be used on target, 'cause it will but you in a bad spot. Always stay close to your necro's!
You can also switch heal skill to "Withdraw" for more active healing and mobility, put then you will need to change traits! Will go over that in the lower section.

Trait Details
With this setup you got condiclense in stealth with Shadow Arts 3.
If you go for the heal skill "Withdraw" instead, switch this out to what you prefer of the others, since you will no loger have any stealth in the build. Remember to switch out out Trickery IV to Trickery 5. Then you will have a 14 1/2 second condiclense with good mobility and high heal output.
Also, not focusing on all the steal-buffs, since most of them require a target, and if you steal to a target you will be out of position most of the time. Try to stay with your necro-party! BUT! The once I go for makes your steal a 20second CD with 10second of swiftness and Fury for your party.
In Deadly Arts I pick trait no. 3 over 2, cause it gives more escape possibility with your heal. It doesn't say on this page, but when you use a heal skill, you will leave a immobilize trap(30 second ICD).
