Weapon and Skill Details
Weapons:
Dagger can be swapped out for a Axe and the Fokus can be changed to a offhand Dagger or a Warhorn. The Staff needs to be your main weapon set while playing in a Zerg.
Skills:
Change Well of Power to Well of Darkness for the AOE blind it provides. You can also change it for Spectral Wall for even more protecton for your Zerg and the fear for the enemies. If you need a strunbreaker change it to Spectral Armor or Spectral Walk.
Change Lich Form to Plague for the aoe blind and cripple it provides while pushing into the enemy zerg.

- TransfusionShroud skill 4 heals and partially revives nearby allies. Additionally you teleport up to 5 nearby downed allies to your location while channeling this skill.
Trait Details
Spite:
Change I to II if you need more condition remove for yourself while fighting.
Change V to IV if you want more single target focus. Or change V to VI if you are using a Axe instead of a Dagger.
Soul Reaping:
Change II to I if you want the extra Vulnerability and pircing of your Deathshrout autoattacks which can be pretty decent when the enemy zerg is standing close to each other but consider that you loose that Marks are unblockable which can be very important dealing with melee enemies that may have aegis up.
Blood Magic:
Change II to I if you want to have more support capability or if you dont use a dagger, while loosing the reduced dagger cooldowns and the permanent movement speed while using a dagger

V. Basic Gameplay
Basically you want to provide massive AOE damage for your Zerg while converting boons on enemies to conditions while they run through your Well of Coruption and your Well of Suffering. You also provide Protection for your teammates by using your wells. The positioning and timing of your Wells is crucial to deal the highest damage that is possible. Use your Well of Power to support your melee train push with stability / protection and condition remove while your teammates run through it. You can also use your Well of Blood for more protection and healing for you melee pushes or for healing up your backline teammates. Remember to never use it in a regroup situation since it will negate potential explosion finishers in dropped waterfields during the regroup. Use your Staff Marks to bring a decent amount of Conditions like chill, fear and poison onto the enemy zerg to cc them and force the use their skills to cleanse the conditions.
While pushing into the enemy Zerg or after your dropped all your skills activate Deathshrout and use the Shrout skills to deal massive amounts of critical damage since you will have a 100% critical chance with your Death Perception Trait. Try to focus low HP player since you will benefit from your Rune of the Eagle and your Close to Death trait.
If you are at the start of the fight or on small encounters just use Mark of Blood and Chilblains to lay down a soft damage spike between you and the enemy zerg or to not waiste your wells for a small fight.
If you find yourself in a close range 1v1 situation consider using Dagger (Axe) mainly if Deathshrout is on cooldown or you dont have enough life force to activate it. If Deathshrout is up and you have enough life force to keep it up always use it over your normal weapons.
Main Skill Rotation
There isn´t real skill rotation for Necros in WvW but always keep in mind to not spam your Wells and Marks. Time and poisition them correctly to make the best use out of them and also support your teammates with condition remove, healing, stability and protection.
