Very offensive D/D build focused on big burst damage(Fire+Arcane) and sustained DPS (Air).
You will NEED Applied Fotitude (115 WvW rank points) for the extra vitality. Otherwise you are too squishy and must use more defensive equips. Will go more in depth when I have the time.

Water got nerfed too much. 0/10/0/30/30 is used when I'm on staff in a group. On D/D water 30 is not strong enough.
